The staff was so caring and helpful! The location is very good, VERY close to 2 metro lines, 2 supermarkets, the post office, and the main train station. The best value for money. It's not the nicest hotel, but you're just there to sleep. Get it! I would stay again. The room was clean with comfy beds.

Excellent value for money. The room looked pretty and was very tidy, beds were comfortable and the kettle is a nice addition I hadn't seen in other properties in Germany. The bathroom was also great. The convenience at which you do the check in and get into the property was also lovely. Location was pretty good as well.
The TV didn't work properly as it had limited channels and the channels it did have had a lot of static. The shower head was a bit faulty as it would sometimes slide down.

The room was clean, the bed was a bit bigger than I expected for a single bedroom. I think 120x200cm!
Sound isolation was alright!
The parking situation was pretty clear and easy too.
- Bad & slow communication. No one at reception even during opening hours.
- Heating didn't work.
- I got woken up at 6AM by staff opening my door, gasping/being shocked and quickly closing it again. I was later told there was supposedly "threatening noise" coming from my room, even though I was sleeping alone.
