Das Zimmer und die zentrale Lage.
Das Gebäude und der Ausblick. Es ist ein ehem. Verwaltungsgebäude. Es hatte keinen Hotelcharakter. Es wirkte eher wie eine Herberge.

The staff was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable.
The heating/cooling controls were non-functional. The room ended up being too warm, despite leaving windows open during the day and the outside temp being 15c or less. This was a major mark against comfort. Also, I was there 3 nights, but housekeeping never attended the room, and I saw no evidence of them ever visiting my floor. I don't know if I missed something about having to request housekeeping or not. And I think there was only one main towel in the room, and no washcloths. In the end, I don't need daily housekeeping, I did not raise and issue while there, because it wasn't worth spending effort on it. I did not have high expectations since this brand is owned by Radisson. In a way, it 'met' my low expectations.
