Comfy beds, air conditioning, good ambiance and very good location!

It was close to many shops and restaurants . The bed and pillows of the junior suite were very comfortable . Decent windows that cancelled out most of the noise outside. Breakfast was delicious . Restaurant staff were very attentive and hospitable . The room had a nice view of the beach .
There is no mini fridge in the room . It also took a while to request for ice to get to the room. There is no ice machine located on the 3rd floor so you have to call front desk. But this does not mean I would not recommend staying here . A fridge would have been very nice to have though .

The kitchen breakfast
There’s is an issues between Emporio and booking, as I requested 3 rooms for 8 people, three of them where minors and at the beginning they show you one price and once you are in the front desk they ask additional charges for the “minors” because they were over 12 years old and they charge as they were adults, which can be reasonable but they don’t inform you before, so I ended paying 200 dollars additionally for the number of days (3 nights). The manager doesn’t show any empathy or negotiation skills because it seems they know about the problem between them and the app on booking, as one of the employees told us that there is a pattern.
