Great location in the centre of the old town
We arrived late on a Saturday (6pm) and the hotel was closed. Not a big deal but we had to call to get access which cost us $$$ because we had to access our Australian SIM card which we did not have planned. Hotel said they had informed us but it turned out they had not. Not a biggie but if you at on a budget it’s annoying

Great location. Beautiful building. Lovely breakfast.
No air conditioning. The rooms were miserably hot, especially the one on the third floor. No iron / ironing board in the room.

Nice large romantic room
we had an unfortunate incident with one staff who welcomed us, we asked if we can have dinner in restaurant, he said it’s full but he will make it possible. But then they let us wait over an hour on the room and told us at dinner you can only order two courses because the kitchen is closing. Next time better say we are fully billed I recommend you to go here. Can I call for you? And next time please apologize in the restaurant or give a drink or a dessert or any gesture.
