Kind staff, close to bus.

smell in room, missing mosquito net on window, every day same breakfast mostly cakes and only white toast ham and cheese, yougurt and some cereals.

Helpful and friendly receptionist. Breakfast: toasts, butter, ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit, croissants, jam, sweet pastry. Alice Pizza nearby (try supplì). A bust stop (705, 706) nearby (direction EUR Fermi metro station).

Two receptionists were very kind.

They serve breakfast from 7am. Although I paid for breakfast, I did not get it on the last day of my stay, because I had to leave to the airport at 4:30. Although I asked for it the evening before, and the receptionist confirmed I would get a croissant and coffee to go, nobody was there in the morning and no breakfast bag was left. No coffee either.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room size was large enough for 2 adults and two children. Distance from airport was ok taking into account the price of the other hotels closer to the airport.

The room in general was not clean. Beds and WC were particularly not OK (there were molds on the mattresses), especially if you have children with you! Not easy to reach after 8 p.m. with local transportation!

The arrival was smooth, staff very friendly. Immediately we were helped when parking at the site, where to find restaurants in the area and when to have breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was abundant.

Nothing could have been better. The site was all what we expected and more.
