Bella la struttura esterna, Ottima la posizione e il fatto che sia sul mare è sicuramente un plus, la vista dalla camera merita. Staff molto disponibile e gentile.

Camera piccola e bagno ultrapiccolo e datato, pulizia purtroppo non buona (tende con macchie enormi e copriletto singolo altrettanto sporco e macchiato), alcuni dettagli trascurati (porta del bagno che non si chiude, una lampadina bruciata, abajueur della scrivania non funzionante). Il frigo bar completamente vuoto, nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua! Diciamo che da un 4 stelle ti aspetti sicuramente di più.

Location is perfect, right next to the beach and you can still walk to any place in Rimini. Room and hotel was clean. I would especially like to give credit to the whole staff who was very pleasant and kind. We had dinner and breakfast while staying there and both meals are rich with possible varieties. Especially at dinner you can experience many very interesting new dishes and have a gastronomical tour of tastes. Hotel is also lending strollers for free, a service which I didn't notic written anywhere.

We were staying in the last open week of the hotel and in our room there was already no warm water. In two days problem was solved, but I have to tell that the staff in the hotel in the mean time fulfill every our whish that we had because of it. For example we were traveling with a 2 year old child and when we needed our water to be heated to prepeare milk, staff instead of heating the water made hot milk for us. In my opinion a 4 star hotel should be lending bicycles to their guests for free. It is a common thing in many hotels I've already been.
