It’s was clean and very modern
The hotel is a bit secluded but it was safe. We don’t have complimentary shower gel during our first day but we were able to have it the next day.

Nice design and modern rooms, amazing huge bathroom, great location in the middle of old town.
Reception team not so friendly or smiling, didn’t felt welcome. In general the staff were not so friendly, also at breakfast not.
Minibar fridge was not cooling in both rooms.
Breakfast was okay it offers from everything, missed fresh prosciutto, ricotta or mozzarella.
The hotel bar was not open one night, which was a bit disappointing for a four stars hotel, no room service.
