Ottima posizione. Stanze silenziose affacciate sul parco. A pochi metri dal mare.
La colazione è molto buona e nelle belle sale del vicino Grand Hotel.
Alcuni dettagli da rivedere: hall un po' malinconica, qualche arredo malandato nelle stanze, box doccia non perfettamente a tenuta.

Świetna lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży, a przy tym cisza i spokój, co na pewno w tej części Rimini nie jest łatwe.
Śniadanie w Grand Hotelu było wyśmienite, bardzo bogaty wybór, każdy może wybrać coś dla siebie i nie wyjdzie głodny. Pyszne wyciskane soki, nam bardzo smakował sok z kiwi. Croissanty z budyniem rewelacja. Cztery rodzaje jogurtów a do tego szeroki wachlarz świeżych owoców.
Nasz pokój wymaga drobnych poprawek i napraw, np. ciężko wciskało się klamkę od drzwi do łazienki, dosyć głośna klima przeszkadza w zaśnięciu.

The Location in the park, close to the beach and the breakfast in the nearby Grand Hotel.
What they show in the pictures does not correspond to reality. This property belongs to the Grand Hotel which is located 2 min walk away. Breakfast and other services are shared but the level of the Residenza is far away from a 4 Star, the rooms need an urgent update, cleanliness is questionable.
