The room was very clean and the cleaners very helpful.
On our first day the air con did not work and when we raised the problem we were told that it did work and to try again. However, it did not work, so we complained again and were given a new room at 5am in the morning when we got back to the hotel after a night out. No compensation was given to us for this.
The wi-fi did not work, I believe this issue is for the whole hotel as it is very old and probably the band does not reach all rooms.
Another thing, the room equipment is very old. The hair dryer is probably from the 80s and the showers and so tiny you can barely turn around.
