Everything is perfect.
A phenomenal hotel—the location, the food, the entire restaurant team, and especially the housekeeping staff are perfect at their jobs.

Excellent location. Family suite was large and comfortable.
We reserved a day/time at the spa and when we arrived no one was there to let us in. Eventually a member of their cleaning staff gave us entry. We were quoted a parking rate of 15 euro/day via text message. Upon checkout we were charged 25 euro/day. They stated it was a “writing error”
