Very pleasant short-term stay

- very nice and accommodating staff - staff speaks good English and German - outstanding breakfast - very spacious and elegant rooms - on-site parking in an underground garage - close to some nice restaurants - generally very clean rooms and facilities - fast and good WiFi even on the topmost floor - good water pressure even on the topmost floor

- A/C (heating) didn’t work properly or was turned off. Temperature was set to 19.5 degree celcius. There were additional electrical heaters in the bathrooms, one of which was only lukewarm - plates in one room were still slightly dirty

Exceptional staff and service

Everything! The sumptuous breakfast, spacious rooms with terrace, large showers and rooftop pool were all wonderful. There are even appetizers in the early afternoon if you want to have an aperitif by the lobby bar. But really the best thing was the staff. Each time we passed through the lobby we were greeted by name, when we came into breakfast they prepared tea for me, housekeeping explained we needed to remove the key from the wall so she could get in. Everyone was extremely focused on making sure we had a wonderful experience. The location is about one or two blocks from the beach, which is perfect because it gets very crowded and loud in the evening anywhere near the main road. The free bike rentals was an exceptional option for exploring the old town, or neighboring areas. The train is about a 15 minute walk so you really can explore as much it as little as you want.

a good hotel to start your Rimini tour

This was a pretty good hotel, with decent rooms, quite elegant. The staff was really friendly, and extra points for free bikes, which you REALLY should try in Rimini. The location of the hotel is AMAZING. Quiet, but in the city center. Comfy beds.

Parking was 15€ extra per day, and the breakfast was only OK, but nothing special. Additionally, the rooms have tiles instead of carpet, which is good if you are allergic, but it really increases the noise of the cleaning ladies on the floor above. Not great for light sleepers or those who want to sleep longer.

Wonderful. One of the best 4 stars hotels in Italy

Wonderful hotel located within walking distance to the seaside, historical center, train station. Very clean and spacious room with all the necessary amenities, including a smart tv, hair dryer, coffee, tea, slippers etc. And a very large balcony where we could drink our coffee while looking at the sea. Very good breakfast with a tasty and creamy caffe latte. And another thing that blew our mind was the staff. Very welcoming and easy going. One of the Italian receptionists has even learned Romanian in order to speak more easily with the Romanian guests. Kudos to her and all the staff!

Temperature in the room can reach a maximum 22°C. In the first night it seemed a bit too cold, but then we got used to it and I can confirm this is definitely not a deal breaker, as I saw many people here complaining about the temperature.

Fabulous stay

5 mins in a taxi from train station. Check in and staff all excellent. Room was a good size with balcony and sea view. Very comfortable bed and big shower. Breakfast was excellent, good choice. Location is the street behind the bars and restaurants, very convenient. 5 mins walk to beach. 15min walk to old town. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location, lovely hotel and really nice staff who greeted us every time we entered or left the hotel. They were also really helpful in giving us information about the local town and things to do.

If I come to Rimini again, I’ll definitely stay in this hotel.

Especially attracts that there are always smiling, friendly staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming, ready to help. Good internet connection. Comfortable bed. The room is pretty clean and tidy. The location is pretty convenient. It is not so far from the beach. But at the same time it is pretty quiet place.

I didn’t see anything bad. Everything was good.
