Everything about this property was perfect. Anna welcomed us and was the perfect host all week, always greeting us with a smile and helpful when we had a question.
The apartment was spotless, modern and very comfortable with an enormous balcony that overlooked the park and tree tops. Everything we asked for was provided (kettle and microwave) and the sofa bed was already made up for us. The shower was really good and there was plenty of hot water. Mid way through the week our bedlinen and towels were changed which I wasn’t expecting but it was very nice to return to. Reception has books and a water dispenser for guests to use. The air conditioning in the apartment was brilliant too. There is a washing machine for guests to use on the ground floor.
The location was perfect - a short 7 min walk to the station (tip- if coming from the train station walk through the station underpass to the rear of the station. It’s a much quicker walk to the apartments).
The apartment block is located right next to a lovely quiet park with walkways and cycle routes. Many of the apartments and hotels we looked at were next to busy roads however Delfina is on a quiet single lane road with minimal traffic (just the occasional bus). The pool was fantastic and again much better than other pools we had seen positioned next to roads or beneath trees - the fact that the pool was on the roof gave us a wonderfully peaceful place to relax in with views across to the mountains and the sea. The pool and roof terrace were spotlessly clean with plenty of loungers plus showers and toilets. A large Conad supermarket is around a 7 min walk away.
It’s a 5 min walk to the main road where the majority of restaurants are located and then beyond that the fantastic promenade and beach. The free public beach is located at number ‘0’ at the northern end of the beach. The beaches were very clean. Loads of bikes and e-scooters for hire dotted around the town.
Absolutely nothing - it was all perfect. Would highly recommend.

Tolle Lage, nur 5 min zum Strand und den Geschäften der Promenade, netter Pool auf dem Dach. Das Appartement ist zweckmässig und nett eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett, schöner Balkon.
Sehr nettes Personal! Probleme wurden mit Händen und Füssen besprochen und gelöst.
Das Geschirr war in allem auf 4 Personen abgezählt, etwas mehr wäre schön gewesen. Es gab viele Ameisen, haben als erstes Köder besorgt. Der Pool wurde 19Uhr geschlossen, hier wäre eine Öffnung bis 20/21 Uhr schön.

Great location and friendly, kind staff.
Value for the price is something that leaves desire for more. Same or even less price in Spain, Malaga for comparison. Price is still not bad for Italy but for me I was expecting more. The rooms were a bit outdated, kitchen was very basic and the bathroom needs a refurbishing too. Don't take me wrong, it was NOT bad - but i was expecting more for the money.
The pool is super tiny too and has very strict rules (which are impossible to obey with kids)
