It is a faboulous hotel with such a uniqe style. We loved the whole design, the free bar, the csocso table , the outdoor terrace with hammock where we had a nice afternoon chill time. The location is great. Pepe is so helpful and we loved the mini icecream too!

this was the best hotel i have ever went to, 5 stars hotels are quite impressive, but this hotel is unique, it was an amazing experience, i want to thank the team and also the ideas for this hotel. i would recommend over the hotels in the region. for everyone reading this. trust me. book in this one.

We enjoyed staying in Demo Hotel while exploring Rimini and surroundings. Everything was great about this stay. The room was very spacious with tho bathrooms, a bedroom and a livingroom. Hotel is located near a park at the end of the street, so it's very quiet. Beds were great. Hotel provides a free parking. To enter the room you just need to enter a code provided which was very convenient. City center is about 15 minutes walk, so it was great to walk a bit after dinner.
Cleaning might be more attentive - we were out of handsoap in one of the bathrooms and it wasn't refilled.
We felt lack of shelves and boxes, especially in the bathroom, but design rooms always aren't very convenient. Everything else was great.
