Excellent location a d delightful and helpful staff, especially on tge reception desk. The breakfast was very good, with hot and cold food served in an attractive restaurant.
We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool was closed for the season. We had paid for the hotel well in advance on a non cancellation basis, so we could not cancel and switch to another hotel with an open swimming pool. As a sort of consolation, the hotel did give us a no extra charge room upgrade, which we appreciated. Also the beach was amazing and it is close to the hotel

• Very good location. It takes maybe 1-2 minutes to walk to the beach.
• Bus stops nearby if you want to go somewhere farther away.
• It’s about a 30 minute walk to the center but you can also take the bus.
• You can reserve sun beds and umbrellas for the beach at the hotel and get a discount.
• Very friendly staff.
• A swimming pool on the property.
• For breakfast you can choose from many cakes, baked goods and omelets. There was also yogurt, ham, cheese, cereals etc.
• Room service daily.
• Air conditioning.
• Balcony with a table and chairs.
• 24h reception.
• Complimentary shower caps and shower gel in the room.
• Hairdryer in the room.
• A little refrigerator in the room.
• A wardrobe in the room.
• No soundproofing in the rooms.
• The beds and pillows were very stiff. This could be a good thing for people who like stiff beds but wasn’t the case for us.
• Tight space in the bathroom.
• The only place to hang the towels was on a towel radiator which was directly above the toilet.
• The faucet in the bathroom sink was a bit tired looking, white (possibly because of limescale) and very low water pressure.
• The facilities don’t quite meet expectations for a four star hotel.

the reception staff were absolutely friendly and nice with good English
poorly equipped, small rooms, uncomfortable bed, which was supposed to be a king size bed, but instead, only two single beds were pushed together. the breakfast was under every level.
