The hotel is large, close to Taksim square, just 2 blocks away from Istiklak Caddesi. 24-hour front desk.
The coffee at breakfast was impossible to drink

The location was perfect, central to a lot of attractions and not too busy.
The property was decent, I was impressed by the ambiance and the cleanliness. The sea and city view from our room was awesome, it was the highlight for me.

The location is very strategic. Near to Istiklal Street and easy access to public transport. The view from restaurant is magnificent. The breakfast also good. Variety of breads, cheese and salads. Satisfied
Cleanliness. Cleaning service didn't do their work properly. I stayed for 1 long week. Requested to change my towel but didn't get it. I have to reuse 2 towels during the stay, The floor didn't clean properly

+ staff were very kind
These 2 things are the only positive from my point of view.
- in my opinion 4* doesn't match with the hotel room
- the breakfast was too basic for 4* and not tasty at all
- sound insulation was very poor, too much noise on the hallway
Overall I would give 2* out of 4*. Next time I would look for an other hotel in the district.
