The room and terrace were perfect. Staff incredible- so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Excellent location beside Taksim Square and very handy for shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again when in Istanbul.

Marion’s Suite is located in the charming neighborhood of Cihangir, tucked away from the crowds while still being close to everything. Our suite was spacious for two people, and we especially loved having the balcony. The staff truly made it feel like a home away from home. Communication through WhatsApp was excellent. They were responsive and reassuring, especially when we were stressed about travel logistics. They arranged our transfer from SAW Airport, and as a bonus, our room was ready well before check-in, which was incredibly helpful after an early flight. Special shoutout to Elshan and Muhammed for going above and beyond during our stay and even helping me plan a birthday surprise! I'd absolutely stay here again next time Im in Istanbul.
The only area that could be improved was the shower drainage in our room, as the water didn’t drain properly while showering. Otherwise, everything else about our stay was excellent, and this was a relatively minor issue.

Friendly staff
The room was on the ground floor, and cigarette smoke as well as street noise entered from outside. There were visible signs of mold in the shower. In both the shower and the sink, the hot and cold water were connected incorrectly, with the hot and cold sides reversed.
