We truly loved our experience at CVK ParkBosphorus hotel. The location is excellent, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were exceptional - Almira, Merve, Mohammad, thank you once again for your extraordinary sense of hospitality and customer orientation. We’ve felt like at home.
We would be delighted to return and experience CVK Park Bosphorus hotel again in the future.
We liked everything. However, we have some constructive feedback to make an already great experience even better: offering tailored packages and exclusive benefits for hotel guests could add even more value to the overall experience and, at the same time, encourage higher spending during the stay.
For example, preferential rates or discounts at Safira Spa, special offers for dining at the hotel’s restaurants compared with walk-in guests (ex: a champagne glass on the house, during welcoming), or more attractive beverage prices—particularly for international guests—could incentivize guests to use more of the hotel’s facilities and services rather than looking for alternatives outside the property.
In our view, these types of benefits would create a stronger sense of added value for hotel guests while also increasing the overall revenue generated per guest during their stay.

No espresso available at 5am at checkout. It’s not a problem for the machine to be on!

Location. Lobby. Staff. All were good. They provided a lot of free water in the room, which is great. Everyone was very friendly. Elevators were pretty fast and worked well.
There were a number of problems in the details…
1. The bathrooms do not have properly closing doors, rather just glass doors that barely touch leaving 2 CM opening - this does not provide sufficient privacy.
2. The black out curtains let a lot of light in around the edges. And the electric blinds/curtains were slow and annoying.
3. The bathroom shower floor was constantly wet with col
4. The hair dryer cord was too short. I had to bed over to use it.
5. This level of a hotel should have better coffee in the room than cheap instant coffee. There should be a proper nespresso machine or similar.
6. We ate at both hotel restaurants - the terrace one on the top floor and the Italian one on the lobby level. They were very high priced. The views were amazing. But the food at both was extremely disappointing. The food at both places was border-line bad, just tolerable enough to eat it. I wouldn’t go back or recommend either.
7. The 45$ breakfast was also very disappointing. Not much selection. Very standard hotel buffet. Nothing bad. But nothing special.
8. Finally, the pool. This was a major let down. It’s much smaller than the pictures online look. And all the seating is shaded. But the worst part, they do not let you even get into the pool without wearing a swim cap. I’ve been to pools all over the world and have never heard of this. Very annoying. We ended up not using it at all.
**For my money, and even a bit less, I would opt for the Intercontinental hotel which is very nearby. Their pool is too notch!
