Un bel albergo, con il parcheggio privato, stanze grandi, pulite, dotate di tutto. Ha un bel giardino grande con la piscina e le sdraio. Ho notato che oltre agli ospiti d'albergo in piscina vengono anche persone del posto... fortunatamente non erano tante e non ho capito come funziona questa parte...ma capisco che albergo รจ grande e sembrava quasi vuoto nonostante fossimo a luglio e quindi forse danno questo servizio alle persone che vivono nelle vicinanze, visto la bella piscina che hanno.
Ci vuole la macchina per andare alla parte vecchia di Matera.
L' unica vera pecca era la colazione! Non c'รจra tutta questa scelta come mi immaginavo ma soprattutto non sembrava tutto freschissimo! Infatti avrei dovuto dire qualcosa subito al personale sala colazione che era presente.

It started with the check in. Anna Marie, at the check in desk was fun, helpful, interesting and a delight to talk with. Her warm and helpful welcome started off our stay there in the best way. We followed up with her the next day about the history of the hotel and gardens which we were curious about. The hotel is 30 years old and well maintained. We loved that it had a "retro" feel to it. Parking was convenient and our room very comfortable. The next morning we walked the gardens and saw they had a bar and restaurant so there were amenities we were unaware of. The breakfast was tasty. The place was quiet and we agreed we were glad we stayed just outside of the city.
The only complaint we had was the water in our room was warm, but not hot.

The pool was nice.
Small twin room. No dinner options nearby so you have to have access to a car. Construction taking place behind the hotel.
