The hotel has very nice staff, they are very pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast is substantial.
The location is in the heart of Old Town.
The room was big and the bed was comfortable.
The restaurant downstairs serves excellent food.
There is a night club nearby. I could hear the music every night.
There is a restaurant downstairs which adds to the noise (no matter how lovely the music is) and does not exactly provide for peace and quiet.

Luggage could be kept in reception (in an open space but management is constantly monitoring who comes in so I guess that’s safe)
Breakfast was limited - shared small plate for two people not enough that’s given to you.
Management man was rude, not friendly and seemed to control the other front office staff instead of just doing things himself. Couldn’t crack a smile if his life depending on it.
Music loud at night time - hotel provided ear phones in advance because the pool area turns into a public space.
The pool area is not usable. It’s got nowhere to sit and relax. It’s right in front of everyone eating at the public restaurant or going through reception. It’s not a usable pool more for looks.
