Location was good.
Daytime reception staff were helpful

The staff are so patient and friendly!!! The night receptionist (Selena or Serena, I don’t quite remember her name) was such a sweetheart, very professional and friendly. The room was super clean and the breakfast was so good!! Best part is that it’s right next to the central station. I would highly recommend you book with them!

Good location nearish Termini station.
Rooms booked months ago were not in Hotel Sonya, but in a sister hotel round the corner. I changed our first room due to ants on the bed (and old carpet). Busy staff, to be fair, changed the room immediately. Style and decor was dated and showing a lot of wear.
