Conveniently located for the motorways (A22 and A1). Spacious, clean bedrooms with balconies. Very good restaurant on site (Osteria Emilia) with local specialities. Good breakfast. Decent gym (if a little on the warm side). But best of all was the courteous and smiling staff.

Room we were given was at the end of the hall , Wi fi was beryl connecting.
