Frühstück war nicht perfekt sonst alles

Sauberkeit.

Frühstück hätte es Gemüsse geben sollen und Eierspeiss.Brotchen waren eher hart

Lage, Personal und Frühstück waren top, das Bett hingegen schlichtweg unter jeder Kritik.

Sehr freundliches bemühtes Personal. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist ausgezeichnet.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel sehr "hellhörig". Wenn jemand in einem Nebenzimmer die Toilette benutzt, könnte man annehmen, dass die Spülung im eigenen Zimmer statt findet. Leider muss man das Bett als katastrophal bezeichnen. Es handelte sich um ein Bett mit Gitterunterkonstruktion, die man durch die Matratze spüren konnte. Entspanntes Schlafen fühlt sich anders an.

Rooms are really old, AC and Frigobar do not work, Bathroom is extremelly small, room has any sound insulation.

Superb

Great location with excellent view. Reserved sunbeds on the beach. Extremely friendly and personal staff and service. Great cleaning and maintenance of the rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet that was constantly particularly well replenished.

The mattresses were ok, but could have been more comfortable. Noise from the utilities could occasionally be heard in the room, including at night.

Hotel was super, Food was very Good, Roms wäre clean and comfortable, staff was very gentle and helping, Location of the Hotel Is exzellent

I didn‘t like that you have to pay for every Little thing extra Money. You arrive two Hours before Check in and you have to pay 20€ for the Parking and the Beach. You have to pay Extra for the First two Rowe on the Beach.

Excellent hotel, excellent location

Hotel is located next to a very well cared for beach, room was larger than expected with lots of storage space and great views. Breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks in a lovely glass room overlooking the beach. Beach sun beds reservable, no bother. Lunch and evening dining food was very good, especially pasta meals, excellent chef. Best part of the hotel are its staff, very warm, friendly and exceptional in their assistance to ensure your time with them is a good one. Highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Pleasant

Location was fantastic

Booked a double room and asked for a large bed but got two single beds pushed together. For a double room the balcony was so small only 1 chair was able to fit. Also for a 4 star hotel the bedroom is very basic. If you buy a drink in the bar you can only bring it up to your room in a plastic glass really isn't good enough.

Everything was perfect , staff was very friendly, room was very clean , breakfast was also very nice .

So much! Location in front of the beach... perfect. Staff... reception staff - apologies if I get names wrong or miss you... but, Aurora, Elena (always smiling), Guileta and all were so cheerful welcoming helpful and friendly. Alessandro and the team in the bar were brilliant, again friendly and cheerful! Room - just what was needed. Not overly big, but you spend so little time there... key things were that the bed was comfy, walk in shower hot and great spray, and a sea view. Cracking pool, a gym, and your allocated space on the wonderful beach... and the beach towels too...

Very enjoyable with great facilities and excellent location.

Great location as right by the beach. Sun loungers guaranteed. Staff helpful. Breakfast and lunch good. Lovely resort.

Not fault of hotel and maybe a one off but when we booked a taxi from hotel to airport it was nearly 30 mins late so maybe factor in more time. To be fair difficult resort to get to as narrow streets and not many main roads in.

The air con was not good in the room we had, we asked them to look and they said it was fine but we would have been better off with a fan, room was dated and only way you could see the sea was to lean over the Terrance and look up the road great view of the car park we had

Location of hotel, on-site parking. Beach umbrella included and every staff member was kind and friendly. Great breakfast!

I recently returned from my week-long vacation in Jesolo. Niagara turned out to be a very comfortable hotel. I stayed in a single room with a balcony on the 4th floor of the main building. It was a room with light walls and a large bed, probably recently it was renovated - the furniture is new. The cleaning, changing of towels and neatness of the bed was done every day - very nice.   The breakfast was quite simple, but everything needed was there. I was surprised by the very sparse availability of vegetables - chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and paprika were packed into little plastic boxes, which I found only on the third day of my stay. Surely it would have been convenient to put them on a large plate?  There is a cozy bar-restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, where you can have a refreshing cocktail.    If you have questions about traveling in the region, the receptionist at the front desk can tell you how to get to the right place more easily. (Ciao Aurora! ) The hotel staff speaks excellent German and English. To Venice (San Marco) I suggest taking the ferry from Punta Sabbioni. (Round trip ticket costs 20 euros - It may be expensive, but it's worth it. ). Jesolo’s bus station is about 10 minutes walk from the Hotel.   Grazie mille per il vostro lavoro! You have your reserved umbrella on the beach right in front of the hotel. Pool is also nice when the sea is not clean enough

Wifi at the Mini Niagara was weak, has been hard to stay connected. Also sound insulation needs improvement.

Fantastic staff, fantastic location!

This hotel is so well located the beach is incredible and the personal sun loungers are such an amazing experience.

We weren’t huge fans of the restaurant menu. They needed some classics on there too.

good for what I needed, a bed to sleep in with friendly staff who helped with travel info etc.

good location. staff were friendly. very comfortable bed. beach a stones throw away

sheets and pillow were dirty, never got replaced by cleaners. you could smell sewage throughout the room if the bidet plug was open (which the cleaners left open every time they came).

Overall had a very good time. Free bike renting made the travel even more adventures and active.

Serving of the breakfast. It is a buffet but the portions are limited by the staff. It is claimed that it is due to Covid, but guests don't feel pleasant when they can only put on their plate which is approved and portioned by the staff.
