Oleandri Resort is very well maintained and looked after - the cleaning staff and the ground workers do an excellent job. Our room and the whole site were spotless and the many trees and vegetation are beautiful. The swimming pool, too, is well looked after and always clean but it could be more interesting with some play equipment for children, for example some slides. There is a good choice at breakfast with many varieties including some hot food. There is also a good selection of gluten free items both at breakfast and dinner. Other allergies are also well catered for. The food at dinner is quite good quality but not cheap. However, there isn’t much choice unless you have a car. Finally, the beach is brilliant for kids. It is sandy with a very gentle slope into the sea which continues underwater so that for many meters the water is really shallow and warm.
The Kids Club was a real disappointment. It didn’t seem very well planned or organised and several times we found our grandson left to his own devices and not particularly engaged in an activity. Also the staff did not have the confidence to look after children on the beach, where the club is based in the mornings as they insist on parents/carers remaining nearby, thus defeating the objective of the Club to give carers a break.

I liked the property grounds which was like a beautiful garden we stayed in and the pool was very nice too.
They could have offered a shuttle ride on the cart to the beach for elderly people that cannot walk easily through the woods.

Soundproofing is terrible, you can hear your neighbours like they are in your room. This made it difficult to relax in the night.
Reception staff hardly speak English, they try their best, but some don't speak at all, some on the badic level.
Missing street big mirror for cars when driving out from hotel - you have to risk and drive half car through the road to be able to see traffic - traffic mirror will help a lot
Airport shuttle is advertised, however it's not truth. They can book you a taxi for 250 eur from the airport. It's called taxi, not shuttle.
Some beds were poor, some normal
Location is in the middle of nowhere to me. If you don't have a car, you are stuck: you have no options for a dinner, you can't by some groceries.
The roads seem to be destroyed in the region, some houses around are abandoned.

This is a beautiful resort. The pool and lounge areas are very nice looking, but are showing some wear and tear that should be addressed. The pool drain that circles the pool is molding, cracked and some portions are missing.
The dinner is gross! It is lacking any flavor. DO NOT PAY FOR THE HALF BOARD! The first night we had a bug that was baked into our bread. The breakfast and lunch are decent though.
They do not cater to English speaking people. All of the activities are in Italian, so our kids felt excluded and there was no effort to try to include them.
The beds may be the worst we have ever slept in.
They charge you for everything and try to over charge you. We met other English speaking families and multiple of us were over charged. Fortunately they corrected the issue after we pointed it out.
