We had a wonderful stay at the Savoy and were very happy to return to this beautiful resort. The hotel is magnificent, elegant and exceptionally well maintained. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding — one of the highlights of the stay. It is also impressive to see how beautifully the hotel hosts weddings almost every day during the season while maintaining such a high standard for its guests.
A very special thank you to Flávio, Giovanni and the entire front desk team for their warm welcome, professionalism and attention throughout our stay. We would also like to give special thanks to the wonderful Ukrainian team working in the kitchen and restaurant — their hospitality, hard work and kindness were truly appreciated. The whole team helped make our stay memorable, and we look forward to coming back again.
There is honestly very little to criticise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were once again very happy with our experience at the Savoy.

Everything was fantastic and outstanding, every member of staff were fantastic, so attentive and professional. The hotel was outstanding, the food, the cocktails, the room, cleanliness, the outdoor areas to relax, the spa. We can't thank Giovanni enough for the tour of the hotel and introducing us to the staff and helping us with an upgrade .

Amazing hotel. Luxury of course as expected but the staff were the highlight - this hotel has a blend of experience and youth managing your every need. It was so nice to discuss life and laugh with the staff who made us feel genuinely welcome and special. The hotel has a family feel to it and no doubt a focus from the family owners. Despite having large events on nothing was too difficult for them to get for us. The beach club was amazing as well and being able to use bikes to ride around Paestum was great including riding to the archaeological Greek site including seeing the temples was fantastic. Breakfast was also brilliant.
Nothing we didn’t like as such -
Only two comments, coffee making facility in the room would be a great addition and room service menu would be nice. But many other luxuries and service made up for that and it was easy to ask the staff for coffee and food to be delivered to the room if we wanted.

The staff were incredible. From reception, to the restaurant, cleaning team - all super friendly and professional (apart from room service phone team).
The room itself was lovely, breakfast is perfect, pool area is large. The wine tasting was fun too, along with the beach club.
The hotel is an events hotel, so there was a wedding/government conference every single day we were there. So 50% of the hotel was inaccessible to us meaning we felt a bit out of place... and the understaffed hotel team is very busy taking care of the 100+ people events with no time to focus on hotel guests. Felt like an inconvenience most of the time.
The restaurant menu is limited and extremely expensive; €38 for a club sandwich...!! We're from London and this made our eyes water! Location is quite secluded, again, a wedding hotel so it makes sense but not ideal for holidaymakers.
Pool area is large but unclean, with zero atmosphere or bar. It's why it's always empty. Beach club is fun but also very expensive...
