The room was comfortable, particularly the bed and appeared to be a fairly recently renovated bathroom. The location was really good, lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but with a lot of choice.
It would have been good to have a coffee machine so could have had a latte or cappuccino. Some of the cutlery and crockery wasn't fully cleaned. There was an issue with the bedding when we arrived but reception staff solved this promptly.

The hotel and our room were very clean. The location was great. When we did find staff, they were helpful and kind.
The wifi in our room had a weak signal and kept bumping us off. Staff even gave us the password for the supposed “premium” wifi but it was equally ineffective. The AC was weak and the thermostat could not be made to go lower, and we spent most of the night sweating. Also, the next morning there were construction workers right outside our window renovating the building across the street (barely 8 meters away); quite a surprise when I opened the shades not fully dressed. Lastly, this hotel is not staffed 24 hours which is inconvenient, and furthermore when staff are there they are not always easy to find as there is no front desk.
