Beautiful courtyard, great central location with parking right next door, easy access with codes
The window only lead to a heating shaft so it was not possible to keep it open overnight despite it only being 17 degrees outside, but the AC worked well. It would be even better if a breakfast could be offered in the hotel, rather than at a cafe nearby.

Perfect location, super clean and quiet
The parking garage is right next to the hotel, but getting in and out was an adventure in itself (too hilly and narrow)

Was shown a small room with double bed when I had asked for twin bed. One of us decamped to Sercotel opposite. Was annoyed as cost and inconvenience incurred - would have preferred the hotel reject my booking.
No twin beds. No staff after 5pm. Door access by code not always reliable buttons stuck. Panic in night with no staff.
