Right off Plaza Nueva, this was a great place to stay in Granada. The cathedral was about a five minute walk away while the road to the Alhambra was immediately opposite the square. The check in process was very easy and staff communicated beforehand to confirm travel times. The room was air conditioned, very clean, and spacious with high quality furniture. The coffee machine was put in a common area right before I left, which was a great way to start the morning. Cleaning occurred daily around 11am and breakfast was offered from 8:30 work 10:30 with a selection of toast, cereal, yogurt, cured meats, cheese, and spreads.
Some appliances (like the hair dryer) were slightly outdated while the fridge in the room didn’t seem to stay very cold. However, these were very minor things and everything else was perfect!

This was such a well-appointed space! The minute details show that this facility catered to a traveler (or resident) of a high caliber. The quality of the fixtures, the.small amenities like a teapot and teas I the room, to the bidet in the master bath and the quality of the towels… we were very pleased all around.
It was very centrally located and was very convenient to the entrance of the Alhambra. Shopping from nearby vendors one street over was fantastic. Muuuuuch cheaper than local stores or other cities. Example… the €3 earrings there are €12 in Seville.
Great stay, location and ameneities.
Our room was a little on the warm side. We faced the sun and did keep the window shutters or curtains closed during the day but the vault captured and retained heat more than I would have liked. There is a vent up there but it blows softly and the air isn’t as cold as it could be.

Excellent location and supportive helpful hotel stuff.
It was the top floor of the building. The AC was barely working. The room was extremely hot. It was late June. We requested for a stand fan and we got it. Still it was extremely hot and we could not sleep at all that night.
