Location was fabulous, in the middle of everything. Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was modern and in great condition. The giant tub was perfect for soaking after a long day of walking Granada. The constant sounds of the river at night were a joy.
Maybe the noise? There are several late night taverns and restaurants right downstairs that remain active until 1am, so the noise is audible. However, we never attempted to shut out the noise - we left all the windows open so we could hear the water running through the river. I'm someone who hates the noise of the city, so the fact that I was able to ignore it and enjoy the river should alleviate others' concerns.

A wonderful stay. Super friendly staff. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Delicious, generous breakfast. We stayed in the top suite with private balcony. It was amazing with beautiful views. The hotel is located in the historic district next to the river, close to the Alhambra and walking distance to the center of town. Super clean. Great service and amenities. Highly recommend!!

Hotel is awesome!!! Feels like it was recently renovated and the room was quite spacious, well decorated and super cozy. I’d definitely stay here if I visit Granada again. Also, communication with the reservation manager was just great as they were in frequent communication with us since a day before the stay to provide guidance and updates on our reservation.
While the hotel says you’ll have a view to the Alambra, it truly isn’t an exceptional view that would make a difference in your stay. Sure, the view to the Darro River is cute, but we actually forgot the Alambra was even visible if you looked up to the sky.
Also, There was a little inconvenience with the bathroom from the restaurant downstairs which made the whole building smell bad for a few hours until a plumber went to fix it. It did not bother us that much as we left for the day tour and was completely understandable.

Great location 3 blocks from the main church and all the restaurants. Above one of the best lunch spots on the Darro River with the Alhambra towering above you. Great staff. Full delicious breakfast. Our room had the two person tub. Great way to cool off with a cold bottle of wine.
The shower backs up. Couples be warned the toilet is in a glass enclosure next to shower clearly visible from the bed. Luckily there’s a terrace or the bar downstairs.
