Great location close to everything, clean and comfortable. I have stayed at the hotel before and always enjoyed it. All the staff were really nice and friendly.
Not really a problem but the towels were thin and threadbare, one towel even had a stain on it. They need replacing. Also the toilet paper is very thin, the hotel should invest in better quality paper.

Quality hotel right next to the old town
For the price I think the spa facilities should have been included.
Breakfast is on the roof terrace on the 8th floor. Lift goes to the 7th floor then stairs. Not sure how a wheelchair user would manage that.

Welcome pack bubbles and pop corn
Most supplies but only two coffee pods for 2 nights and 2 people ( why is it that travellers need to carry a verity of coffee pods with us)
Noisy air conditioner , very, dated apartment and appliances , no instructions on operation of appliances
OK but needs improvement
