Excellent hotel. Parking is great - underground, secured and equipped with EV charging. The room was quiet with a powerful AC. Bedding was comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Unfortunately, from the third day until the end of our stay, our repeated requests to have the bed sheets changed were ignored, and the sheets were never replaced. Moreover, the housekeeping service did not even provide basic attention such as replacing used glasses — dirty glasses left on the table remained there without being exchanged for clean ones.
When I addressed this issue with the reception and explained that I would have to reflect this in my Booking review, the response I received was simply “OK,” which showed a lack of concern for guest satisfaction.
Overall, the quality of housekeeping and the attitude of the staff were far below expectations for a hotel of this category, and it left us with a very disappointing impression.
