המלון מרגיש חדש לחלוטין, מצוחצח ונקי , במלון פרטי אמנות מקסימים התורמים לאווירה, החדר מושלם, הספא נראה מעולה ( לא הספקנו להיות בו) , הצוות מקסים מאד מאד ושירותי מאד מאד , ארוחת הבוקר מעולה! מעבר לבופה המצויין! אפשר להזמין שיכינוהביצים בתצורות שונות, פנקייקים עם תוספות ועוד. המיקום מבחינתנו היה מעולה, בצד השני של המפרץ מול קוטור, סמוך מאד לרציף המעבורת רכב באמצעותה ניתן לחצות את המפרץ 24/7 תמורת חמישה יורו.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and welcoming. They were extremely customer-oriented, always willing to accommodate our requests and genuinely helpful.
The sauna and relaxation room were very nice. The staff were happy to turn the sauna on for us whenever we wanted and never rushed us, even when we stayed beyond the official closing time. It was also very quiet, and we had the sauna completely to ourselves.
The hotel has its own reserved area on the beach across the road with sun loungers. The beach itself was fine — beaches in Montenegro are generally quite narrow and close to the road.
The restaurant was also very good. We ordered food to our room, and everything was tasty, the service was quick and very pleasant. Breakfast was also very good, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and you can order several dishes without anyone making a fuss about additional charges.
There is plenty of parking around the hotel, and we could always find a space.
The small downside is the condition of the rooms. They could use some maintenance. There are quite a few places where salt deposits are already visible, some wallpaper is coming off, and the electronic toilet controls were not working.
The location is also quite isolated. There is basically one restaurant nearby, and for almost everything else you need to take a car. There isn't really anywhere pleasant to walk around.

Staff was very supportive, helpful and extremely nice all the time, answering our questions and helping with cruises, motor boats transits, taxis. The location was extremely convinient, close to other towns and sightseeing attractions. Dedicated beach service was important for us and the sun beds were always prepared for us. We felt well taken care off.

The room was very nice, comfortable and well designed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the view from the balcony was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Although the staff were very nice, unfortunately they were not particularly helpful or effective. For many of our questions and requests, we did not receive a satisfactory solution.
There were also several details that did not match what we would expect from a five-star boutique hotel. For example, there were old insect nests left on the balconies, and the spa area was not properly maintained, used towels were left in piles on the floor and there were puddles of water around.
The rooms facing the road can also be quite noisy.
The biggest problem during our stay was a wedding organized at the hotel. Loud music continued well past midnight and made it practically impossible to sleep. This is particularly disappointing when staying at a five-star boutique hotel and paying around €400 per night. At this price point, guests should be able to expect peace and comfort, or at the very least clear advance information about an event that may seriously disturb their stay.
Another disappointment was the beach. It is advertised as private, but in practice anyone from the street can access it. As a result, it can get very crowded and hotel guests may struggle to find a place.
