The restaurant food is very good quality and overall service in the restaurant is very good. Staff friendliness and hospitality is very good and guest oriented.
AC in the room was not working the way it is supposed to work so we were a bit unhappy about that, but the manager was dedicated to help and compensate for the situation and did what she could do, so we felt good about it at the end.

An excellent small hotel in a great location.
The beach is just across the road, but without reserved sun beds. Two minutes to the right, there is a fantastic coffee shop with delicious matcha and desserts. Five minutes in the other direction, you can find a submarine museum, and another five minutes away is a beautiful marina, which is perfect for a morning run or an evening walk. Even during the hottest part of the day, it is possible to find plenty of shade around the area.
The hotel has its own small free parking area.
The hotel also has an excellent restaurant. We really enjoyed dinner there, the food was very good, although the waiting time was quite long.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast is not a buffet, everything is ordered from the menu. Unfortunately, the price includes only one dish, and ordering a second one costs extra. We haven't experienced this in other hotels. I don't think it would be unreasonable to let guests order two dishes when there is no buffet, for example a sandwich and some porridge.
Also, some dishes are not available early in the morning. For example, we asked for syrniki at around 8 AM and were told they could only be prepared after 9 or 10 AM.
There was quite a lot of noise from the garbage collection at night. A truck would arrive and empty the bins with a lot of banging. It was clearly audible even on the top floor with the windows closed.
There is no sauna, although there is a small rooftop pool. However, if someone is already using it, it doesn't feel particularly comfortable, as there isn't much space.
