Quality property. We stayed in a 3 bedroom penthouse with large balcony and great sea views. Great infinity pool to watch the aircraft coming in and out of Tivat airport down the hill.
Breakfast was a bit limited although they did cook eggs on request. We had a car but if you don’t it’s quite remote and you’ll spend a lot on taxis. It’s about 15 minutes from Tivat.

No supermarket near by. Only a small kiosk that only accepted cash

Great and clean hotel. Breathtaking view. Very very far from any city. Taxi or car is a must. They do offer free shuttle from airport and to the city beach which is great. Otherwise, for chilling by the pool it’s great.
Rooftop food was mediocre to say the least. Menu should be changed ASAP,
You can’t expect guests to be ok with frozen pizza , frozen fries and store bought hummus. Honestly, there is nothing on the menu worth eating but we were forced to eat at one point and left very disappointed

The property offers nice amenities such as gym and spa and pool, but I did not try them. The room has a small kitchen which is nice.
The location - in the middle of nowhere with poor access roads (in particular from direction Kotor). Nothing to do in the vicinity. The rooftop terrace
was not a terrace but an enclosed restaurant. The cutlery in the kitchen was not clean, there were glasses with cracks in the kitchen cupboard, the TV did not work, the bathroom was very tiny and the sink was not firmly attached to the wall. My balcony had a view of the parkinglot and the garden of a neighbour with a very sad and frustrated husky held on a chain - a heartbreaking sight which destroyed the pleasure of sitting outside. There was a lot of dog barking day and night.
