grande terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et le port de plaisance en arrière-plan. le personnel à la réception fait le maximum pour satisfaire la clientèle. la résidence et ses 3 parkings sont sécurisés par un digicode. Il y a des volets pour occulter la lumière, le matin. La résidence est bien située car tout proche des restaurants, bars et boutiques. Ligne de bus à proximité pour visiter Argelès village, Collioure, Perpignan, Bagnuls Port-vendres, ST-Cyprien etc.. La piscine est très bien et très propre.
Je recommande car nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines.
En période de canicule, mieux vaut choisir un appart côté port exposé nord-est car à moins d'opter pour un appart confort qui est plus cher, l'absence de climatisation peut être pénible. Dans les appart standart, il y a heureusement toujours 2 ventilateurs à disposition. Le wi-fi est un peu cher, 10 € par semaine. Les transats à la piscine sont nombreux et confortables mais ils n'ont pas de matelas.

Uitzicht over de bergen is fantastisch. Echt genieten van het uitzicht. Vooral in de ochtend met een kopje koffie. Na 15 uur te warm dan moeten de rolluiken omlaag.
4 persoons gerenoveerde Kamer op het tweede verdiep met een mooi balkon en goed uitzicht. Wij waren met 2 dus hadden de uit klap bank niet nodig om te slapen. Aerco werkt prima. Eindschoonmaak zelf gedaan.
Properheid in de gangen konden beter gedaan. Sommige dingen zijn al verouderd. Zoals de speeltoestellen voor de kinderen (matten onder schommels stuk). Zwembad prima...iets te weinig schaduw plaatsen..sommige latten op de ligstoelen waren gebroken.

The location
The apartment did not have air con. The apartment was tired /extremely dated. The balcony overlooked a building site & heavy construction work was taking place with reverse alarms from 7am (videos available on request) when we tried to raise this we didn’t get a response so we ended up booking a room elsewhere to catch up on sleep. The reception are very seldom open
