Received a very warm welcome
Very spacious gite we stayed or 7 nights in Neoulous with our own plunge pool. Plenty of room for 4 adults & well equipped kitchen with choice of eating inside, outside in the sun or shade. Great roomy shower & air conditioning available throughout although the separate annex bedroom above was too hot to sleep in as the air conditioning unit did not work.
When we stipped the bedding on day of departure, there were stains on the mattress in the bedroom with the extra single bed.
Being contacted for extra payment day after departure for electricity and water consumption when there had been no mention of this when booked through booking.com. The owner did reply quickly and said he did not realise we had booked through booking.com others need to be mindful of this.

Quiet location with good dog-walking and running places in the immediate vicinity. Very comfortable beds. Excellent bathrooms. Furnished and decorated with modern style and comfort. Marvellous electric shutters. Very good radio. Lots of storage. Spacious, light, clean. Nice garden and terrace. Good oven, hob and dishwasher. Above all, an absolutely charming host in Romain, who is welcoming and very quick to respond to communications. To be recommended.
Hardly anything at all! A very minor point - could have a few more small items in the kitchen, such as a metal oven roasting tin (as well as the Pyrex one), a cheese grater and a long, sharp knife. The fact that we didn’t find these things did not spoil our visit!

Lovely young couple with kids running the place.
If like me, you're fed up with big hotels and their annoying lifestyle, this is a perfect solution. Nice, comfortable, clean and located in the mid of the country. Very quiet. You just hear some house neighing in the distance a couple of times a day. 10 minutes walk to the beach. 16 to a near village, with a nice cafe/boulangerie
