This is a gem of a hotel, located in the heart of Goreme. What better place to stay than a room carved our of the bedrock, like many of the famous local attractions? The service was impeccable (a special thanks to Ali for all of his efforts to secure a balloon flight for me), the rooms are spotless and comfortable. The breakfast selection is generous and the terrace has amazing views across the valley - get up early to watch over 150 balloons drift away from Goreme. It books up fast so reserve early!
The 'body soap' is labelled 'lotion' in the bathroom, which is a bit confusing - I wasn't sure whether to use it before or after showering!

The property is close to a lot of activities and the staff was very helpful. They assisted with arranging hotel transfers and the breakfast was super nice with a lot of options to eat. The room was clean and had air conditioning. The property has nice views as well upstairs.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a really comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day.
The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from.
The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop — the view is absolutely amazing! It’s such a beautiful place to sit, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.
Overall, a great hotel with comfortable rooms, lovely staff, good breakfast, and an incredible rooftop view. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! ❤️

Very clean and manager was very helpful with arranging tours.
We were given a cave room and although it was very clean it had no windows so every time we returned to the room it smelled very musty and was a little unpleasant. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
