Location of the accommodation is quite near the city center (around 10 minutes leisure flat walk to the bustling city center and useful bus stop), comfortable cozy room with a nice view (but only upon request), most of the staff were smiling and in good spirit. Everything looks new and spotless clean.
Upon arrival we were given probably the worst room in the accommodation (albeit on the ground floor, but with a car parked right in front of the window and the possibility of seeing inside from all passing people), even though the accommodation was not fully occupied and we stayed for quite a few nights. We were given a different room after repeatedly asking for one - on the fourth floor with a beautiful view, a French window, and an overall better layout. The second one mentioned was also a standard room without the need of upgrading.
Swimming pool is small and not pleasant to hang around, breakfast quite basic and every day exactly the same with limited options. The bathroom shower is poorly designed, and the entire bathroom gets flooded after use, despite efforts to prevent it. No shower gel provided. We got a discount through the Genius program, but we would have been disappointed at the full price tbh.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city.
A special thank you to the owner, Dimitri, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
And finally, Ohrid is an absolutely beautiful city! We highly recommend both this hotel and this amazing destination. We would definitely love to come back!

Location was great, about 10 min walk to Ohrid port and restaurants. Breakfast was good.
Rooms were very small, AC is so old that barely works. We kept it whole night at 5C and you can barely feel it. Our toilet was not flushing. I could not let my kids on the terrace because they could fall from it, safety have not been thought.
