Ubicación ideal del hotel, con fácil aparcamiento por la zona e ideal para organizar excursiones por los alrededores. La habitación era grande y espaciosa. Todo y que era en la primera planta y delante estaban de obras, no tengo dudas de que las vistas son espectaculares también. El servicio de 10, siempre amables y familiares. Y finalmente el desayuno también fue estupendo.
Lo único a destacar sería la conexión wifi, que daba algunos problemas.

Hotel is fine, Benasque is not big village and main street is right 3 minutes walking, bar cafeteria is nice in every sense, not many dishes but yummy, room is big, the same for bathroom, staff is friendly. All in all a good choice for skiing.
wellness spa area is banned for children, based on age instead of behaviour, there are two 1,5h slots available for 'town with no laws' so all children together can disturb, jump, break their legs or even yours, this savage slots are called 'family slots'. Don't know what concept of family this hotel has, being a winery company now managing a hotel, I can figure. Anyway I choosed this hotel specially for spa, of course indicating adult and child, and didn't find any information or email from hotel indicating spa was unusable for six days (ok available as a water park1,5h out of six days). Gym was also banned based on age instead of behaviour, all in all clearly this hotel is family unfriendly as my point of view. Claiming to staff and Booking was useless.
