The staff were exceptionally friendly and gave us lots of information when we first arrived. The breakfast was also fabulous. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked well, everything was clean and spacious, and they'd set the air in the room so the room was a lovely temperature when we first arrived – neither too hot or too cold (bearing in mind we were there during a heatwave).
Everything was perfect for us. We happened to have a room overlooking the street and the entrance to the hostel's bar, so several locals were just outside under our window to smoke when we went to bed. But it didn't bother us since they disappeared reasonably early (about 11:30pm), and a room in another part of the building wouldn't have had that – but perhaps it would have been a problem for someone else?
