The asthetics of the hotel were beautiful. Genuine Greek hotel. The courtyard was quaint and whole atmosphere of the place made us feel fully immersed in the Greek way of life.
Our toilet leaked the whole stay. Staff did not either attend to this or were unable to fix it.

The location was exceptional, the building was very pretty, the air conditioning worked well and we didn't suffer heat
I want to start by saying this place made me question the overall intelligence of the people working there.
Here is a brief, non complete list of everything that went wrong:
1) the cleaning lady came in the last day without knocking or asking, just straight up walked in while we were changing. This is unacceptable. In addition to this, she was smelling like alcohol and didn't speak a single word of English. The owner did offer to leave us the room until 13 instead of normal 11. But if you get me that mad the day I am leaving it doesn't really change anything.
2) we had to ask EVERY DAY for something. One day we were missing toilet paper, the next one the towels (WHICH WERE CHANGED ONCE IN 4 DAYS), the WC broke and we couldn't flush (although the owners did mention that they would get it checked and it did in fact get fixed)
3) the son of the owner threw his goddamn ball on our table, ruining the mood of the breakfast by giving us a heart attack.
4) The service at breakfast was unprofessional and overall unpredictable (?). As an example, although I have many and some can't be put in words, the waiter came to ask us if she could take the dish.. while we were eating. Like mouth full, hands in the dish with food still in it. This happened multiple times in different occasions. As another example day 1 we say no thank you no milk (gets brought), day 2 we say yes milk (doesn't come) day 3 we say yes milk (takes 15 minutes and we had finished everything) day 4 actually brought milk when asked.
4) we had the room pretty close to the entrance and the owner herself kept slamming the damn door of I don't know what, waking us up like 10 times before 9.
Now I honestly don't know why or what they have behind that door and why they need to slam it constantly, but I don't care. Just as I don't care about the fact that everything we asked for got solved.
