I stayed at this hotel last month during my visit to Menton, France, and overall I had a pleasant experience.
The highlights of my stay were definitely the friendly and professional staff, who were always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh products, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city, the beach, and nearby attractions on foot.
On the downside, I found the parking area rather inconvenient and not very practical. In addition, the room was smaller than expected, which made the stay a little less comfortable, especially for a longer visit.
Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to travelers who value a great location, good breakfast, and attentive service.

The men at the reception desk were super kind and super helpful. The hotel is in a good location, 2 minutes is a shop, 3 minutes is a good bakery and 4 minutes is a beach. The rooms are clean, we had a nice balcony as well. The bathroom was big. Good AC operating in the room, a nice blinder. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods, salty and sweet as well. I loved the pancake with the lemon jam! I also have to mention the view (the street) from the balcony. The hotel provided free beach towels and and a sun umbrella. Perfect! I recommend this place.
I missed only one thing, a little fridge in the room, but it was ok, since the shop was really near.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was great. Having a radiator in the room was also extremely helpful.
The air conditioner pointed directly toward the doorway, so while the entrance felt cool, no air reached the bed area, which left it uncomfortable and hot. This was quite disappointing. Additionally, there was no refrigerator, making it impossible to store any groceries. Lastly, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, making showering very difficult each time
