It was in a great location and very clean and comfortable with lovely staff.

1-The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, from the moment we arrived Aisha the receptionist was so helpful, she managed to get the cars moved around in the small car park and made us a space,
2-The comfort and how quiet the room was (especially as it's on the main road into london)
3-Breakfast, we were warned the night before of possible delays at breakfast time and again was mentioned on notices in the lift. (We had already decided because of this we would check on conditions, and if very busy we would find breakfast elsewhere! , We arrived at the so called busiest time and was greeted immediately by a young waitress who found and cleaned and prepared a table for us, and the food was well prepared, hot with plenty of it with a large choice. lots of toasters so no queues. EXCELLENT!
4- Great location for the ABBA concert venue only a short walk
In all an Excellent stay
Need more tea/coffee machines available for breakfast, (It was the only bottleneck)
Somehow get a bigger car park??

The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Reception and the staff around at breakfast. My luggage was stored on the day of arrival and departure which was helpful.
The room was comfortable, and the location was super handy for Westfield. Breakfast was great.
A bit picky, but the broken coffee machine caused queues on the first day for the working machine. On Day 2 the bar staff were kindly given drinks from Reception.
