Tight carpark

Friendly staff, comfortable room,clean, decent size. Very good location.

Nothing to complain about.

Stayed for business and found that the hotel was adequate for a one night stay. The room was clean, parking provided , friendly knowledgeable staff and in a good location with parking facilities.

The room decor was slightly dated and in need of some modernisation

The congress salons, restaurant and bar

The lack of communication and responsibility between the hotel and Booking.com shows a lack of respect for customers. The first room they assigned smelled strongly of cigarette smoke; reception resolved it and moved us to a different room, which was really dirty. Sadly, neither party provided a satisfactory response on the second day of the reservation. Early in the morning, we checked out and requested a change to the second day or cancel and refund for the second day. Neither party could resolve the situation, and they only said we checked out on the second day, even though it happened on the first day. We are really disappointed with the quality of the hotel, which they presume has and could not offer a better answer to resolve the conflicts.
