Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, great facilities.
Waiting time to check in, one member of staff on the front desk at prime check in times. Long walks to room.

Dinner was excellent . Bathroom was large. Beds were very comfortable. Plentiful parking. Very handy for Belton House.
Breakfast was poor. No food cooked to order other than eggs. Bath panel was hanging off the side of the bath . Plumbing was poor... water didn't drain out quickly in sink and bath. Hair dryer was old and broken and wires exposed. Dangerous. Dinner credit of 35 pounds taken up pp but in reality only gave you 5 pounds off meal pp in total. Confusing scheme.

Great location for exploring the area. The room was super comfortable and clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Definitely my choice when I’m back in that area.
