We arrived early and decided to try the dining facilities. We were pleasantly surprised at the options and pricing. When the courses arrived the standard was excellent.
The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with ensuite facilities, coffee machine with small fridge and milk as well as bottled water.
The bed was very comfy.
Breakfast had many options. From toast, cereals, croissants, Danish-style pastries to the obligatory full English. Which again was fantastic.
We took our coffee into the "Arts & Crafts" styled lounge where comfy sofas and Sunday papers were available.
Parking was plentiful and close to the reception. The staff were pleasant and attentive. We were lucky to have the weather to sit in the garden. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Bath. Access was an issue with a stroller, as there are 4 or 5 steps to enter the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful though and the rooms were clean and updated. There is no parking on site and unloading the car was a bit of an issue.

Wonderful hotel, really comfortable room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back.

What an amazing hotel! We were running late due to traffic. They held a table open for us even though the restaurant was closing! We were checked in before we arrived and the key handed to us at the dining table! Evening meal and breakfast were both delicious.
