Room was big and clean and a great view
Check in - it was so hot and I was dripping with sweat whilst filling in their paperwork. The staff didn’t offer to share the 2 fans behind the desk. Or there really should be a fan on the other side of the desk for guests upon check in.
Also, we arrived at 12:30pm and got told our room wasn’t ready and check in was at 2pm. But the hotel was not fully occupied and they knew we were coming and could have cleaned a room earlier. Or they could have asked us to take a seat, or use the pool or enjoy happy hour, but didn’t say anything. It was a bit weird and cold.
