Private hotel resort, with an excellent range of rooms, private beach, multiple pools and extensive breakfast menu. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Multiple spots in the hotel to dine and enjoy bar/drinks.
Be aware, the hotel is remotely located, at the top of a large hill. You need to rely on the hotel shuttle bus to take you down to some restaurant, cafe and bar options near the hotel. Some of the facilities are starting to look dated for a 5 star hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Cape Panwa Hotel in Phuket. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
There is a great selection of restaurants within the hotel, which made it really easy to enjoy different meals without having to travel elsewhere. The breakfast was a particular highlight; fantastic choice and plenty of variety, with something to suit everyone.
Airport transfers were also very easy to arrange through the hotel, which was convenient and took the stress out of getting to and from the airport. Just be aware that the transfers come at an additional cost.
The only downsides for us were the price of the laundry service and the bottled water available outside the rooms, which we felt was quite expensive. If you wanted to buy cheaper water, you had to walk around 10 minutes down the hill, which wasn’t always convenient.

The rooms need maintenance, our tv wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it, the curtain suddenly fall off and took long time to be fixed. The breakfast needs more international dishes for the tourists from other places.
