Great location right near the pier which is perfect for diving which is why we stayed there. Walking distance to shops/supermarket. Good breakfast buffet with Western/Asian choices eggs made to order. Good WIFI. Swimming on the roof great view over the harbour. Bed comfortable. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Chalong not what I would touristy as such,more of a working pier feel, if you are after more shops, tourist vibe then Chalong may not be for you or hire a scooter to get around.
TV didn't work properly and only 3 channels. We didn't notify staff as it didn't bother us.

Lovely view of the bay. Friendly & efficient staff. Great café on the 3rd floor. Large comfortable rooms.

The room view is awesome. And the pool was really great. Some staff are so friendly. The security person was very helpful and the front desk one guy was really kind.
The room is not clean, and all pipe lines are visible. We have stayed for 5 days and all the days same breakfast available.
