Je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi radin. Nous avons réservé une villa pour 7 personnes avec 4 chambres. Déjà pour commencer, aucune réactivité. Il y a un compte whatsapp, mais personne ne répond. Lorsque je me rend a la réception, tout le staff discute entre eux et est sur son telephone, mais pas de réponses par message. Lors du check out, personne à la réception à midi. J'ai dû appeler 3 fois, sans réponse, pour que quelqu'un vienne. La villa est beaucoup plus petite qu'elle en a l'air en photo. Les chambres sont des minis studios (propres tout de même). Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avions chacun une serviette de bain mais pas de serviette de plage/piscine alors qu'il y a une piscine dans la villa... Nous avons alors demandé pour en avoir et on nous a répondu que cela n'était pas compris dans la villa. Donc on nous a fait comprendre qu'on devait utiliser la même serviette pour se doucher ainsi que pour la piscine et même pour la plage... très hygienique. Après on nous a dit que c'est parce qu'il y avait des peignoirs pour la villa, mais personnellement, nous n'allons pas a la plage en peignoir. Et pour courroner le tout, la dame de l'accueil qui ne voulait rien entendre, nous a sortit que sur les photos de la villa, il n'y a que les serviette de bain donc pas de serviette de plage. Je n'ai jamais entendu une hérésie pareil... si je suis cette logique, cela veut dire que si sur les photos il n'y a pas de papier toilette, on ne peut pas en avoir?! Le pire c'est qu'ils ont des serviettes en stock. Bref nous avons payé 700€ pour 3 nuits et le service a été déplorable. La dame de l'accueil était éxécrable et ne voulait pas me laisser parler à un manager/directeur... un service minable dont je n'ai jamais été confronté auparavant.

Be there in off season

+ Bathtub. Big and comfortable. + Clean. + stable and fast Wi-Fi. + Friendly and helpful personal. + big parking. + Lotus supermarket (and weekend nightmarket in front of it) nearby. Hard to remember all, it's be smooth and comfortable days.

- Need car or bike to go anywhere. There no infrastructure for walking. - Not always may found somebody in front desk. - Bed start participate if you move.

No attention to us 🤪

Loved the pool and extra large bed in the room. Also cool that there was a fridge in the room.

The reception area was messy....with a fan standing in what was supposed to be a water feature.....towels and laundry room hanging open. By the pool there was a painting lying face down on the floor. There was 2 tea bags and coffee in the room but no milk or sugar.....who drinks it like this ? No soap at the basin.....in a container in the bath /shower. When I saw the room with bath I asked for swopping to a room with normal shower....she refused. Checking out the next morning....there was nobody at reception....so we just left the key at the desk. The workers need to learn some customer service and pay attention to small detail.

It wasn’t in the best location, not much around to do without lengthy and unsafe walks. Also the beds are super uncomfortable and very hard!

Clean and spacy villas with nice pool. If you like to experience real local cuisine you are in paradise on streets next to villas.

Comfy hotel and value for money

Breakfast was served in the room. One fried egg, one toast, jam, two chicken sausages and some water melon.

Pool was cold for some reason... also location would be challenging if you don't have a car to move around. Not close to anything.

Amazing place to stay, the best value you will find for a quality room straight on to a pool that does the amazing floating breakfast. - We stayed as a family and they were so good to us, highly recommend staying here.
