Friendly reception staff and a great community of digital nomads. The coworking space is excellent with an easy online booking system. The pool is nice (not spectacular) with some water views, though the rooftop stops are a bit of a hassle to access. Beds were comfortable and rooms were kept clean with daily housekeeping, including washing dishes after cooking. Groceries, cafes, and laundry are all close by, even though there’s no in-room washing machine. Good for long-term stays, and the gym is empty in the mornings — great for a quiet workout.
The family room’s living room felt very tight, so we upgraded to a three-bedroom unit on the spot. Even the larger unit felt a little dark — the window/ balcony was blocked by a large plant, darkening the living room further, and one bedroom had no window at all.
What really put a damper on the stay was checkout: we were charged 300 THB for a chipped small plate that wasn’t damaged by us (staff did our dishes throughout the stay, so it could easily have already been chipped). They also questioned us about some missing small towels we hadn’t kept track of, despite staff being in and out of the room daily. It felt like a strange way to end a 10-day stay. On top of that, when we wanted to extend our stay, they said availability had to go through Booking.com instead of booking directly — and we checked, there was no availability online, but them aparently reception said after the faft they had plenty. I booked elswehere by then. Overall a messy end to an otherwise good stay.

Locatie was schoon. Zwembad fijn. Vooral gericht op long stay. Voor die doelgroep is het ook prima. Voor enkele nachten zou ik dit hotel niet meer uitkiezen.
Kamer is heel basic. Sfeerloos. Donker m. Geen uitzicht. Wij hadden een goede aanbieding. Normaliter zou deze kamer voor bijna 150 euro gaan. Dat is echt veel te veel. Helaas kregen we bij het uitchecken nog de rekening voor vegen van het slaapmasker in de kussensloop. Je zou denken dat deze er in een wasmachine uitgaan en niet bij een handwasje ter plekke. Toch kregen we de rekening gepresenteerd. Teleurstellend.
